Purpose / 目的

Prepare the stage area, install microphone cabling, mark participant positions, and secure all stage cables according to the Schematics before audio testing and walk-throughs.

根据图纸准备讲台区域、安装麦克风线缆、标记节目参与者位置，并固定所有讲台线缆，为音频测试和走位练习做好准备。

Safety Notes / 安全提醒

  • Tape down and cover all cables. / 所有线缆都要用胶带固定并覆盖。
  • Do not leave loose cables where participants will walk. / 节目参与者行走的位置不要留下松散线缆。
  • Keep liquids away from all equipment. / 所有设备附近禁止放置液体。

  • Remove old or distracting tape from the stage.
  • Check the stage surface for trip hazards.
  • Confirm the stage layout follows the Schematics.
  • Keep the area clear for Audio Crew and Video Crew work.

Important / 重要

When placing a microphone on a stand, have the XLR cable connected already.

  • Pull XLR cables for microphones to the snake cable.
  • Route cables neatly along the front edge of the stage.
  • Keep cables away from participant positions and walking paths.
  • Secure cables with tape as they are installed.

  • Attach a tag to each cable identifying its microphone assignment or use.
  • Place one tag at the snake cable end.
  • Place another tag approximately 2 meters from the microphone.

  • 在线缆连接多芯音频线（Snake）的那一端贴一个标签。

  • Place microphones according to the stage layout and program needs.
  • Confirm lectern microphone position.
  • Confirm chairman microphone position.

  • Put tape down where interviews (stage left) and watchtower comments will stand.
Put tape down for Watchtower comments positions. Mark where microphone stands should be placed. Keep markings discreet but visible to participants.

  • 在访谈人员站立的位置贴胶带标记。
标记《守望台》评论人员的位置。在采访人员（讲台台左侧）和守望台评论员站立的位置贴上标记胶带。 标记麦克风架应该摆放的位置。 标记要低调，但节目参与者要看得清楚。

Dismantling / 拆卸

Procedure / 步骤

English

  1. Wait for the department briefing and prayer before dismantling.
  2. Remove stage microphones and stands.
  3. Disconnect XLR cables from microphones and snake cable.
  4. Remove tape and carpet covers carefully.
  5. Coil and label all cables.
  6. Gather all stage equipment and bring it to the designated area.
  7. Check the stage for forgotten tape, cables, microphones, or accessories.

  1. 等待部门简短会议和祷告后再开始拆卸。
  2. 拆下讲台麦克风和麦克风架。
  3. 从麦克风和多芯音频线拆除 XLR 线缆。
