🇬🇧 English Instructions

Purpose
Pull and cover all SDI video cables, set up the HDMI splitters, and position the TV monitors according to the schematics before system commissioning.

⚠️ Safety & Installation Notes
• Keep walkways clear.
• Protect all cables crossing walkways.
• Installation Note: When putting carpet covers down, tape one side only. Tape the other side once installation is finished.

Required Equipment Cases

  • VSC-01 & VSC-02: Contains SDI video cables (25m and 50m lengths).
  • CPS-1: Contains 10x 3-channel plastic flap floor cable protectors and 10x rubber mats.
  • CPS-3: Contains carpet strips for covering cables.
  • VDS-1: Contains 3x 43" Samsung TVs and table stands.
  • VDS-2: Contains 1x 24" Confidence Monitor and SDI distributors.
  • VDS-3: Contains 65" TVs with wheel cases and lifts.

Setup Steps

1. Pull SDI Cables
Schematics: Pages 1-3 Video Equipment Layout Plan, 1-5 Cable Pathway Plan

  • Pull SDI cables according to the schematics. Follow the audio snake cable when going through the front middle seat section.

2. Protect Cabling
Schematics: Page 1-5 Cable Pathway Plan

  • Cover cabling with tape and carpet. Use rubber covers when crossing walkways, and carpet covers for cables under chairs.

3. Stow HDMI Splitter
Schematics: Pages 4-1 Stage Area Equipment Layout, 6-5 Video Display Wiring Diagram

  • Stow the HDMI splitter away under the stage and tape down the cables firmly on the floor.

4. Install TVs and Monitors
Schematics: Pages 1-3 Video Equipment Layout Plan, 6-5 Video Display Wiring Diagram

  • Position the TV monitors (VDS-1, VDS-2, VDS-3) in the seating area, stage, and department areas according to the Video Equipment Layout Plan.

Completion Checklist

  • SDI cables pulled and routed correctly
  • Cabling follows audio snake in the middle section
  • Cables protected (rubber covers in walkways, carpet under chairs)
  • HDMI splitter stowed safely under stage
  • TV monitors positioned
  • Keyman inspection completed

Dismantling Procedure

  • Wait for the department briefing and prayer 30 minutes after the program ends on Sunday before dismantling.
  • Gather all video cabling, splitters, and TVs and bring them to the designated area.
  • Gather all rugs used to hold down cabling too.
  • Confirm no cables remain in the seating area.
  • Note for team leader: Use the Bill of Materials (BOM) to cross off every box or case before it is brought to the truck:
    • VSC-01 & VSC-02
    • CPS-1 & CPS-3
    • VDS-1, VDS-2, VDS-3

🇨🇳 中文说明

目的
根据图纸铺设并覆盖所有 SDI 视频线缆，设置 HDMI 分配器，并安装电视监视器，为系统调试做好准备。

⚠️ 安全与安装提示
• 保持通道畅通。
• 所有经过通道的线缆都必须加以保护。
• 安装提示： 铺设地毯压线盖时，先只用胶带固定一侧。等整体安装完成后再固定另一侧。

所需设备箱

  • VSC-01 & VSC-02： 包含 SDI 视频线缆（25 米和 50 米长度）。
  • CPS-1： 包含 10 个 3 槽塑料地面线缆保护盖板和 10 个橡胶垫。
  • CPS-3： 包含用于保护线缆的地毯压线条。
  • VDS-1： 包含 3 台 43 寸三星电视及桌面支架。
  • VDS-2： 包含 1 台 24 寸讲台提示屏幕 (Confidence Monitor) 及 SDI 分配器。
  • VDS-3： 包含 65 寸电视及带升降功能的设备轮箱。

安装步骤

1. 铺设 SDI 线缆
图纸：1-3 视频设备布局图、1-5 电缆路径图

  • 根据图纸铺设 SDI 视频线缆。在穿过前排中间座位区时，请沿着主音频蛇线 (snake cable) 铺设。

2. 保护线缆
图纸：1-5 电缆路径图

  • 使用胶带和地毯覆盖并保护线缆。线缆穿越通道时必须使用橡胶过线槽进行保护，椅子下方使用地毯压线盖。

3. 放置 HDMI 分配器
图纸：4-1 舞台区域设备布局图、6-5 视频显示系统接线图

  • 将 HDMI 分配器妥善放置在讲台下方，并用胶带将线缆牢牢固定在地板上。

4. 安装电视监视器
图纸：1-3 视频设备布局图、6-5 视频显示系统接线图

  • 按照视频设备布局图，将电视监视器（VDS-1、VDS-2、VDS-3）摆放到观众区、讲台及各部门位置。

完成检查表

  • SDI 线缆已铺设并正确走线
  • 中间区域的线缆已沿着音频蛇线铺设
  • 线缆已保护（通道使用橡胶盖板，椅子下使用地毯）
  • HDMI 分配器已安全放置在讲台下
  • 电视监视器已摆放到位
  • 负责人已检查确认

拆卸步骤

  • 在星期日节目结束 30 分钟后，等待整个部门的简短会议和祷告后再开始拆除工作。
  • 收集所有视频线缆、分配器和电视，并带到指定集合区域。
  • 收集所有用于固定线缆的地毯。
  • 确认座位区域没有遗留线缆。
  • 组长注意： 在将每个箱子或设备箱搬上卡车前，请使用物料清单 (BOM) 核对并划掉每一项：
    • VSC-01 & VSC-02
    • CPS-1 & CPS-3
    • VDS-1, VDS-2, VDS-3
