Purpose Thank you for helping with the cabling! Together we run, label and protect every audio cable between the stage, the A/V booth, the six passive loudspeakers, the stage monitors, and the lobby and Accounting speakers, so everything is ready for commissioning at 12:00.
Assignment scope
Audio Cabling runs the audio cables. Loudspeakers places and raises the speakers. Stage runs the microphone cables on the stage with you. Power runs all mains power.
⚠️ Cable safety
• Please keep exits and walkways clear, and cover every crossing with cable covers, mats or carpet.
• Roll the CPS-1 (cable protection set, 60 kg) case with helpers. Gloves and work shoes, please.
• Accounting is next to the baptism area (area 11). Keep cables away from wet floors, and agree the route with the Baptism overseer (Shawn Barnhart) before Sunday.

Return labels
Sheet 6-1 labels the AMC-3 return cables "SPK-3.2" and "SPK-4.2". Please follow sheet 6-2: return A = stage monitors, return B = lobby and Accounting.
Setup steps
1. Walk and measure the routes Sheets: 1-1, 4-1
- Find the AMC-3 stage box position on the stage (sheet 4-1) and the A/V booth with AHEC-2 (sheet 1-1).
- Measure the AMC-3 route before laying it. The cable is 30 m.
- Mark LSCS-01 (stage front, beside SPK-1.2) and LSCS-02 (beside the booth and SPK-2.2). When unpacking, check which case holds these splitters.
- Plan the lobby and Accounting route, and check that the ASC-01 cables reach (longest 20 m).
2. Lay the multicore (AMC-3) Sheets: 4-1, 6-1
- Start at the stage and work toward the booth.
- Protect the plugs, and avoid tight bends and strain.
- Label both ends.
3. Run the passive loudspeaker cables Sheet: 6-2
- Run the speakON cables in the schedule above, together with the Loudspeakers team.
- Label each cable with its speaker ID (SPK-1.1 to SPK-2.3).
- Leave some slack at each tripod so the cable doesn't pull when the speaker is raised.
- Hand the cable end to the Loudspeakers team. They connect it before raising the speaker.
4. Run the XLR lines Sheets: 6-1, 6-2
- Stage monitors from AMC-3 return A; lobby and Accounting from AMC-3 return B.
- Microphone cables with the Stage team: tag each one at the AMC-3 end and about 2 m from the microphone.
- Venue wireless receivers to AMC-3 inputs 5 and 6.
5. Cover and protect
- Keep cables out of traffic routes where possible.
- Use tape, carpet and cable covers, and check that the edges lie flat.
- The Power team will help once their work is done.
6. Hand over and test
- Hand the labelled ends to the A/V Booth, Stage and Loudspeakers teams.
- Help trace and fix any line that fails its test.
Completion checklist
- AMC-3 laid, labelled at both ends and protected
- Six speakON runs labelled and handed to Loudspeakers
- Stage monitor, lobby and Accounting XLR runs done
- Microphone and wireless receiver lines at AMC-3 inputs 1–6
- Every crossing covered; exits and walkways clear
- Line tests passed with the A/V Booth team
- Final check by the keyman
Dismantling
Thank you for your hard work! After the program on Sunday (Zabrina Bourgeois and Karina Li go to the packing team):
- Please wait for the egress and packing safety meeting with prayer, 30 minutes after the program ends.
- Start once the A/V Booth team has switched off.
- Lift covers and carpet without leaving loose cable underfoot.
- Coil every cable neatly, with no twists or kinks, and keep the colour tags on.
- Bring all cables, covers and carpet to the packing area.
- Walk every route for forgotten items; the keyman does a final check.
