Your

Purposeteam Thankruns, you for helping with the cabling! Together we run, labellabels and protect every audio cable between the stage, the A/V booth, the six passive loudspeakers, the stage monitors, and the lobby and Accounting speakers, so everything is ready for commissioning at 12:00.

What your team does

Start at the stage and carefully lay the AMC-3 main audio cable toward the A/V booth. It is 30 m long; avoid sharp bends and protect its plugs. Run the labelled speaker cables to the six passive-speaker positions with the Loudspeakers team. Leave enough slack and hand over each cable before the speaker is raised. Run the two active-speaker lines: return A for the stage monitors and return B for the lobby and Accounting. Work with Stage to run the four microphone cables to AMC-3 inputs 1–4. Label each cable at the stage box and near the microphone. Run the venue wireless-microphone receivers to inputs 5–6. Cover all crossings with cable covers, mats or carpet.
    • RollHand the CPS-1labelled (cable protection set, 60 kg) case with helpers. Gloves and work shoes, please.

Find the AMC-3 stage box position on the stage (sheet 4-1)protected and the A/Vline boothtests withpass, AHEC-2tell (sheet 1-1). Measure the AMC-3 route before laying it. The cable is 30 m. Mark LSCS-01 (stage front, beside SPK-1.2)Lacey and LSCS-02Alex. (besideSunday theteardown booth and SPK-2.2). When unpacking, check which case holds these splitters. Plan the lobby and Accounting route, and check that the ASC-01 cables reach (longest 20 m).

Run the speakON cables in the schedule above, together with the Loudspeakers team. Label each cable with its speaker ID (SPK-1.1 to SPK-2.3). Leave some slack at each tripod so the cable doesn't pull when the speaker is raised. Hand the cable end to the Loudspeakers team. They connect it before raising the speaker.
