Venue: Imperial World Samrong, Samut Prakan (Bangkok area). The assembly hall is on the 6th floor. Assembly: Sunday 2026/10/11. Setup: Saturday 2026/10/10. All times are local Bangkok time.

| Friday 2026/10/09, 16:30 | Safety briefing at the venue's truck unloading area, led by the Trucking Department (tentative). |
| Friday, about 16:45 | The trucking delivery arrives from the Bangbua Thong Kingdom Hall warehouse. We help move it up to the 6th-floor hall, where it stays overnight. The LBD A/V truck from Branch Storage also comes on Friday; its time is still open. |
| Saturday 2026/10/10, 08:00 | Safety talk and prayer inside the venue, led by JP Bourgeois. Then we begin installation together. |
| Saturday, by 12:00 | Our target to finish installation. Then the AHEC-2 (audio headend) is commissioned and tested. |
| Saturday, 15:00 | Special meeting with pioneers. See the pioneer meeting page. |
| Sunday 2026/10/11, 09:40 / 13:20 | Music begins for the morning / afternoon. See Sunday assignments and cues. |
| Sunday, after the program | We note the actual end time. 30 minutes later: A/V egress and packing safety meeting with prayer. Then we dismantle, check and pack together. See safety and dismantling. |
