Saturday pioneer meeting — 15:00

Special meeting with pioneers, Saturday 2026/10/10, 15:00, at the same venue. Theme: “Enrich Your Ministry by Setting Goals!”—Proverbs 4:25.

We aim to finish installation by 12:00 and then commission the AHEC-2 (audio headend), including EQ for the wireless microphones. Then we test these positions before the meeting. Crew reporting and walk-through time: still to be set.

Stage		Lectern and participant positions; plan microphone handoffs.
Roving microphone 1		Venue wireless microphone. Walk the seating area and test coverage.
Roving microphone 2		Venue wireless microphone. Walk the seating area and test coverage.
Mixer operator		Test all venue wireless microphones and program audio; listen for feedback.
Mixer assistant		Help with line checks and backup.
Media operator	Adam Brier	Load and test the meeting media, if any.

Wireless microphones: At least two, kindly lent by the venue. They are not in the BOM. The A/V Booth team collects them before commissioning. They are very sensitive, so the system needs careful EQ for them (LBD advice).
