How the teams help each other

From To What to hand over
Audio Cabling Loudspeakers A labelled speaker cable at each passive-speaker position before the speaker is raised.
Audio Cabling A/V Booth The labelled multicore tails and speaker lines at the booth.
Audio Cabling Stage The AMC-3 stage box in place and the microphone cables ready.
Power A/V Booth The booth supply checked and handed over before anything is switched on.
Power Loudspeakers A safe power source confirmed for every active speaker.
All teams Alex Tell Alex when the installation is ready for testing. Target: 12:00.

Start early on the main audio cable, the six passive loudspeakers, the stage microphone runs, and the booth power. This allows testing to begin while smaller tasks are finished.

Before work starts, each keyman reviews the team's DC-83 job hazard analysis and the safety page with the crew.

Sunday teardown teams are not final. They will be added after the live roster is updated. Do not use the setup team list as a teardown assignment.
