Arrival and walk-through times: Still to be confirmed. Please arrive early enough for the full system test and walk-through before attendees are admitted. Normally doors open at 7 am for us to go in and prepare. If so, please be there for 7:30 am or earlier.

What each A/V role does

Mixer operator: Controls microphone and media levels and listens for feedback or other problems. Mixer assistant: Follows the program, warns the mixer operator about the next change, and helps communicate instructions. Media operator: Runs only the approved media and keeps the second computer ready as backup. Audio backup: Knows the setup and can step in if someone needs help or cannot continue. Stage team: Places microphones, gives participants the required reminders, and follows the agreed stage cues.

Display the theme artwork before each session, during lunch, and for about 30 minutes after the program. Before the chairman begins, play only the approved music; do not make announcements over the system unless there is an emergency.

Before attendees are admitted, test both media computers, all microphones, every loudspeaker, and the venue projector link. The mixer operator and Alex should listen from several seating areas and agree on what to do if a microphone, computer, or other part fails.

After the final prayer, wait for the teardown safety meeting and prayer 30 minutes after the actual end. Let the audience leave before lowering speakers or pulling cables.
