Friday crew: To be confirmed. At present, Mike Vigil and Lilia Vigil are the only crew members who list Friday availability.

Time	What happens
16:30	Tentative safety briefing at the truck unloading area, led by Trucking.
About 16:45	Help move the Kingdom Hall warehouse delivery to the 6th-floor hall.
Time to be confirmed	The LBD A/V truck arrives from Branch Storage. Count the cases against the October BOM.

Close every latch before moving a case. Use the lift and enough helpers for anything heavy. The PLS-1 loudspeaker case and TP-1 tripod case move with Trucking's help. Keep the cases together, closed, clear of exits, and in the 6th-floor hall overnight.

Saturday, 10 October

Time	What happens
08:00	Safety talk and prayer, led by JP. Each keyman then reviews the team's DC-83 and the work area.
After the talk	Power, Audio Cabling, Loudspeakers, Stage and A/V Booth begin together.
Morning	Keymen guide the work. Keep exits clear and protect every floor crossing.
By 12:00	Setup is handed to Alex for commissioning, microphone adjustment, sound checks, media tests and projector tests.
Before 15:00	Fix any problems and complete the pioneer-meeting walk-through.

The priority is to make the booth power, main audio cable, six passive loudspeakers, and stage microphone lines ready early enough for testing.
